The house is on 2 floors and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with two single beds, and one with a double bed. In addition, there is a possible sleeping place in the attic hallway/living room. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and wc and one with a bath and wc. The boat, which is a 22-foot Kaasbøl with a 115 hp engine, is located in a shared floating dock about 1.5 km from the house. By the floating jetty, good arrangements have been made to prepare the catch after the fishing trip. There is also a boathouse where you can store your catch and put away your fishing equipment and clothes. There is also seating both inside and outside the boathouse. The Fillfjorden offers several good fishing spots and it is a short way out to more open seas.
