Espneset is located on the outside of Frøya, nearby the village Dyrvik, in the middle between Titran and Sistranda (Frøya’s municipal centre). Idyllic seaside area inside Valvågen. A lot of fishing places inside of the skerries and a short travel to open sea.
Modern, newly build house with terrace, located at Espneset. Oceanfront with floating piers in close by.
The house have two floors. 1^st floor contains a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC.
2^nd floor contains 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds in addition to a bathroom with shower and WC. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, internet for streaming of germand and ather European TV-channels in addition to Norwegian TV-channels via Riks TV.
Terrace with outside furniture and grill.

22 ft. Aluminum boat with 80 HP Honda engine, cart-plotter and echo sounder included.
