the Norwegian government lifted all Covid-19-related restrictions  on entry on 12.02.22. There is no longer any obligation to test and vaccinate. Entry into Norway is therefore possible regardless of vaccination status. 
We recommend that holders of a valid EU Covid certificates also carry them with them.
