Gurvikdal Havfiskesenter is idyllically located in Straumøyvågen on Frøya, known for its great insight into cod (cod). Gurvikdal was previously a fish reception, but has been converted into a deep-sea fishing center with 9 residences, all with compl. equipped kitchen area, shower / WC and living room. Each apartment includes robust 23 feet and 80 HP engine, chart plotter, echo sounder and tracking. 40 sqm large cleaning room with 16 meter long filleting table, and direct access to freezers and ice machine. Fishing equipment sale, sauna and hot tub, as well as a beautiful, maritime-decorated common room directly by the sea. Fishing guide with general manager, Fredtrik Johannesson, is also possible. Fredrik also places great emphasis on service and safety for our guests, as the open sea awaits just outside Gurvikdal.
Extra boats and bedding for rent at the center.
The boats are not fully insured, but it is possible to purchase voluntary comprehensive insurance. The renter is responsible for all damage that may occur to the boat and equipment on the boat during the agreement period. A voluntary agreement for comprehensive insurance on the boat can be entered. The insurance then covers damage that occurs in an accident but does not cover damage that occurs due to gross negligence or damage that occurs when driving under the influence of alcohol.
